Return Policy

Our bars have a lifetime warranty. We will replace any no wear part, no charge. You only pay for S&H for the replacement.

If you are not totally satisfied with your pull up bar, you may return it within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price minus S&H. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.


Note

Most of our returns are because the wrong size pull up bar was ordered. Please review our measurement check page and our Frequently Asked Questions page to avoid unnecessary additional shipping costs.

We cannot accept returns from International orders at this time.

The 12BX Fitness DVDs CANNOT be returned unless the package has not been opened.
